Jennifer + John decided that a small Grant Park wedding and backyard reception would be the perfect way to tie the knot.
"The first time I thought of this day is when they put you in my arms. And it was a moment of pure joy. An instant bond that I knew would last forever."
Their original March wedding plans changed. Then they changed again and again. Finally the stars aligned and they found a church and made a plan to have a Chicago small wedding in September.
Their backyard reception was small, but full of sweet touching toasts and choreographed first dances. Jimmy Johns sandwiches were served for lunch while the handsome groom cracked open the champagne.
Jennifer has three very dedicated brothers who filled in as her bridesmaids. They were so sweet that they went the extra mile and fluffed her veil during the ceremony!
The happy couple wanted some gorgeous wedding photos to celebration their day. They wanted to take photos with the Chicago skyline from Museum Campus and also lovely rose garden at their Grant Park wedding.
Their blended families perfectly had such a fun day taking pictures and it was clear how close they all were. Jennifer gained two sisters and John gained three protective brothers.
