When their original wedding plans changed, Katie & Tim planned a Chicago small wedding with close family.

The best part of planning a small wedding in addition to big celebration is that you get to wear two wedding dresses! Katie looked stunning in her sparkly white dress, perfect for dancing around the riverwalk.

With family masked up for safety, Katie's Dad walked her down the aisle to her handsome groom. It was a full ceremony at Assumption Catholic Church for their Chicago small wedding. The ceremony exit is my favorite part of the wedding! Katie & Tim's family threw white rose petals and then dutifully cleaned them up!

As a wedding photographer, I love the romance and joy of the wedding day. It's so much fun to take bride & groom portraits with a more relaxed schedule than a traditional wedding.

The happy couple wanted a few wedding photos at the iconic North Avenue beach with the beautiful skyline view. Then they were off to celebrate with an intimate family dinner at the Langham.
