For his Chicago proposal on the riverwalk, Jack planned the perfect surprise. He wanted a spot that was meaningful and also wouldn’t throw off the suspicion. He arranged for he parents to meet them after the big moment at Gibson’s Italia, so we planned a spot along the riverwalk. We had decided on a spot near the Wrigley Building, but had to make a last minute switch up when it was blocked off by the city.
