But as fate would have it, their love story wasn’t meant to start just yet. Timing, after all, is everything in romance. Fast forward to after college – on a night out at Old Crow in Chicago, the stars finally aligned. Fiona met Russell, and there was an instant spark. She was drawn in by his warm, easy-going charm, and he was captivated by her quiet wit and understated confidence. Fiona has a way of delivering the perfect one-liner with a straight face, while Russell brings the kind of joyful, “golden retriever” energy that lights up a room. Together, their playful banter is as endearing as it is entertaining.

When the bride’s parents were on their honeymoon in Ireland, they met a cute little girl with “the map of Ireland on her face – red hair, freckles, Wellington’s up to her waist” and the girl’s name was Fiona. And that is how the bride got her lovely Irish name.

Walking his daughter down the aisle at St. Joseph’s Church in Old Town was a freeze frame moment – a moment that you will remember for the rest of your life. There are moments in life that you will treasure forever. And seeing your beautiful daughter in her wedding dress saying I do is definitely one of those moments.
